One of Jo’s favourite quotes is “Great leaders do not create followers; they create more leaders” (Tom Peters, 2018) and she believes that ‘what we embody shapes how we lead’ - that exemplary leadership and high performance come from awareness and responsibility. Jo works with with her clients so that they can convert ‘knowing’ into ‘doing’ - and then ‘doing’ into ‘being.’ Jo holds an MA from the University of St.Andrews (Scotland), a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Skills, and is a Certified Strozzi Institute® Somatic Coach.
