Bio: Felix Yerace has nearly two decades of experience working in both the education and nonprofit sectors, working with both students and adults in individual and group contexts. He has experience with both large and small group facilitation, for both youth as well as adult audiences.
Felix holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Education degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Public Management degree from the H. John Heinz III College at Carnegie Mellon University, a Master of Applied Positive Psychology degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University. While at Gonzaga, Felix took several courses in Servant-Leadership and is a peer reviewer for The International Journal of Servant-Leadership.
Felix also holds several other certifications; he is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, a Certified Practitioner of the MBTI, has completed the Applied Compassion Training program through the Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE) at Stanford, and has completed the International Leadership Association (ILA) Leadership Educators Academy.
Felix can work with individuals and groups to unleash the leader within, and enjoys working both with student and adult audiences to help them develop their personal and leadership abilities.
