Bio: Jody R. Rogers, PhD, FACHE is a board certified healthcare administrator, University Professor, and Certified Master, The Leadership Challenge ® and a Leadership Practices Inventory® coach since 2015. Dr. Rogers’ primary focus is on creating leaders within the healthcare sector and he uses The Leadership Challenge® as his primary textbook when teaching Graduate Students at Trinity University and Baylor University. He has been an invited speaker to the American College of Healthcare Executives on the topic of leadership for the past 15 years and currently serves as a leadership consultant to the Army Medical Department. Dr. Rogers served for over 23 years in the United States Army as a Healthcare Administrator and has been a Professor since 1995. His Doctorate is in Health Services Research, Policy, and Administration from the University of Minnesota and his research interest is healthcare leadership. He has worked with numerous healthcare organizations and media companies concerning leadership development using The Leadership Challenge®. Dr. Rogers is also certified trainer, Emotional Intelligence with Talent Smart, Inc.
