Bio: Frank has more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions in international technology businesses (Semiconductors, Software, Biotechnology), most recently as member of the Executive Leadership Team of a NASDAQ-listed biotechnology company. Since nearly 10 years, he has been operating an independent coaching and consultancy business for mostly international clients with a focus on Leadership Development and Change Management. Frank holds an MSc. in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth, Germany. He is a certified executive coach as well as certified for a wide range of personality assessments and team development inventories. He is available to deliver in-person training globally and is a highly skilled facilitator of interactive and engaging virtual programs.
