Barry Posner, Ph.D. is the Michael J. Accolti S.J. Professor of Leadership and Chair of the Management and Entrepreneurship Department at Santa Clara University where he served for 12 years as Dean. Barry received the Association for Talent Development’s (ATD) highest award for Distinguished Contribution to Workplace Learning and Performance, was recognized as one of the Top 50 leadership coaches in America, ranked among the Most Influential HR Thinkers in the World by HR magazine, and included among the World’s Top 75 Leadership and Management Experts by Inc. magazine.

The Leadership Challenge Workshop Is Launched

Our flagship learning experience, The Leadership Challenge Workshop helps unlock your leaders’ growth potential by bringing to life the personalized feedback of the LPI report with activities and exercises that will equip leaders with the proven skills to lead with impact and effectively drive team and organizational performance. The first open enrollment course of this workshop was offered and conducted by Santa Clara University.

Recognizing the need for tools to support student leadership development, Kouzes and Posner research and publish The Student Leadership Practices Inventory.
