The Challenge Continues™ Workshop
Sharpen your leaders' capacity for leadership with a deeper exploration of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®.
What Is The Challenge™ Continues Workshop?
For leaders who’ve completed The Leadership Challenge® Workshop, this one-day training experience addresses the “what’s next?” question. It helps leaders explore their growth in leadership areas over the past 9-18 months using the LPI® 360 Re-Assessment Report. By delving into The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, they can enhance their leadership capacity and identify insights that impact their development.
Through this experience, leaders will:
Reinforce Behaviors
Strengthen effective leadership behaviors using The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership model.
Measure Progress
Assess development with the LPI® and identify areas to grow as a leader.
Create Development Plans
Make personalized action plans to apply insights to their work immediately.
The Leadership Challenge Continues Workshop Learning Experience
This learning experience is a follow-up to The Leadership Challenge Workshop. It assumes that each of the leaders in the group has attended the previous workshop and is familiar with The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership Model.
As this experience is designed to measure progress, the leader will retake the LPI 360 to generate a re-assessment report. The resulting report highlights the changes in the leader’s performance in each of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership and outlines areas where they can grow as a leader.

The learning culminates in a facilitator-led, in-person, or virtual training workshop, where the leader’s report comes to life through powerful activities and impactful discussions.
The Leadership Challenge® Continues Workshop Learning Modules
The one-day (eight-hour) Leadership Challenge Continues™ Workshop consists of five learning modules designed for instructor-led facilitation (virtual or in-person). This learning experience seeks to deepen the leaders’ understanding of The Five Practices with rich conversation, applied real-world experiences, and new re-assessment insights.

Leaders will further clarify their values, identify challenges in implementing Model the Way, and develop an action plan to enhance effectiveness.
Inspire a Shared Vision

Challenge the Process
Leaders will seek opportunities to Challenge the Process, embrace risk-taking, learn from mistakes, and create strategies to overcome resistance—from others as well as themselves.
Enable Others to Act
Leaders will foster trust by analyzing trust-building traits, identifying their team's developmental needs, and creating strategies for enhancing self-determination.
Encourage the Heart
