Students begin by taking the Student LPI® 360 assessment. They rate themselves on the frequency with which they exhibit 30 proven leadership behaviors as self-reported and observed by their peers, teachers, and community leaders.

The learning culminates in a facilitator-led, in-person, or virtual training workshop, where the student’s report comes to life through powerful activities and impactful discussions that can be delivered as a workshop or embedded in your course curricula.
