What Is The Leadership Challenge® Practitioner Certification?
The Leadership Challenge® Practitioner Certification course is an online two-week, blended learning experience designed for practitioners who want to implement and scale The Leadership Challenge within their organization. The course consists of:
Self-Paced Learning
Complete self-directed online learning modules that are engaging and immediately applicable in the workplace.
Virtual Classroom
Participate in four virtual sessions over two weeks, with two live 120-minute sessions each week led by an expert facilitator.
Application Practice & Peer Feedback
Practice facilitation techniques and receive valuable feedback from your peers in a safe environment.
Certification Exam
Take the final certification exam to demonstrate your understanding of the key Leadership Challenge concepts.
Upon successful completion of the exam, participants earn The Leadership Challenge Certified Practitioner credential, demonstrating expertise in shaping high-performing leaders and The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®.
