How It Works
Improving your people’s leadership skills requires a proven approach that blends personalization, coaching, and continuous reinforcement. Through each development experience, learners will:
Leaders begin by rating themselves on the frequency with which they exhibit 30 proven leadership behaviors in our comprehensive Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) assessments. Think of it like a roadmap to guide each individual towards extraordinary leadership.
Participants receive a customized report that highlights the areas where they excel and areas for improvement. They also learn specific actions they can take to enhance their performance to become an exemplary leader.
The learning culminates in a facilitator-led group workshop and/or one-on-one coaching, where personalized insights from the leader’s report come to life through powerful activities and impactful discussions.
