The Leadership Challenge Practitioner Certification course is an online two-week, blended learning experience designed for practitioners who want to implement and scale The Leadership Challenge within their organization. The course consists of:
Complete self-directed online learning modules that are engaging and immediately applicable in the workplace.
Four virtual classroom sessions over two weeks – each week, you will participate in two live 120-minute sessions, where a facilitator will guide you through conversations and activities that allow you to share and learn alongside other talent management professionals.
Practice facilitation techniques and receive valuable feedback from your peers in a safe environment.
Take the final Certification Exam to demonstrate your understanding of the key Leadership Challenge concepts.
Upon successful completion of the exam, participants earn the credential of The Leadership Challenge Certified Practitioner, signaling proven knowledge in shaping high-performing leaders—and of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®.
As a Leadership Challenge Certified Practitioner, you’ll develop the confidence and expertise needed to deliver impactful learning experiences that will help develop effective leaders. During the course, you will:

Grow your knowledge of facilitation techniques and gain practice in applying them in a safe environment.
Gain ongoing access to Wiley’s online training center, where you can access all the course content and connect with your fellow practitioners and Wiley’s education specialists.
